Up and at ’em, Atom Ant!

Back in November, I posted an article about early morning.  Well, same song-different verse.  I have added something new to my top of the morning routine.  Before I even get out of bed, I do some twist and stretches while taking deep breaths.  When I sit up on the side of the bed, I roll my shoulders, neck and ankles.  I find when I do this, I don’t sound like a box of Rice Krispies when I stumble to the kitchen for coffee.  In a new blog I found, Elephant Journal, Nicole Carlin has some tips on how to feel good in the morning.  Good stuff.  And now what do you do?  Try meditating.  Shannon Farrell, Daily Makeover, has a beginners guide to start something that can change your life.  Click here to take the first step.
